How to delete your Setload account and the data stored on our server. If you never created an account, we hold no data about you.
In the app
- Open Setload and go to Settings → Account.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Without the app
Email privacy@setload.app from the address you signed in with, asking to delete your account. We confirm it's you and delete it within 7 days.
What is deleted, and what is kept
- Deleted: your email address, training data, account facts and sign-in sessions. Every device is signed out at once, and the data is erased within 48 hours.
- Kept for a limited time: copies in our encrypted backups, which expire automatically (daily backups after 30 days, monthly backups after 12 months).
- Purchases: Apple and Google keep their own purchase records. Cancel a subscription in your store settings: deleting your account doesn't cancel it.
- On your phone: data on your phone stays until you delete the app.
